An award-winning photographer with over 50 years in photography, Dave Cooper’s life-long hobby has developed into a post retirement career.   He graduated from The New York Institute of Photography’s  Professional Course, refining photography skills ranging from classic  film and dark room developing to leading edge digital photography.

Dave’s many accolades include a 1st place finish in the Photolab 2010 contest, Aperture Academy’s Photograph of the day October 31st 2011  and a 3rd place award in the “Landscape Category” from the Tillsonburg Camera Club.  Dave’s photos have been published in Photo News Canada magazine, as well as in NewsLeaf, an Ottawa based newsletter for the Ontario Genealogical Society. Dave is also the author of the web page Headstone Photographs of the Oxford County Cemeteries.
Specializing in Portrait, Architecture, Landscapes, Wildlife and Still Life photography, Dave enhances his artistry with the latest software, including Canon Digital Photo Professional, Lightroom, Photoshop CS5 Extended and Photomatix.
